I had the pleasure of working with Amy and her team at Tidy Coast for a recent wedding. Amy was extremely knowledgeable about my needs and her team was very dependable and attentive throughout the wedding. The location for the wedding was a dirt lot that we transformed completely by bringing in every item to make the wedding a magical event for the bride and groom. Amy was extremely helpful in guiding me toward the best restrooms for the wedding along with understanding the additional water needs for the restrooms as well as the caterers needs. She also assisted with providing a back-up generator, just in case because she knew I was concerned. Once the set up began, Amy and her team communicated with me every step of the way so I knew what was happening and when. Their staff on the day of the wedding was dressed appropriately and kept the restrooms clean and well stocked. I really enjoyed working with Tidy Coast and would definitely recommend them for future events. Thank you for being such a wonderful addition to the wedding, it was a flawless day thanks to Tidy Coast and my incredible team of vendors.
I wanted to write to you to wholeheartedly commend both Willie and Ellery, the restroom attendants that you provided for our event. Both of these attendants not only kept the restrooms immaculate at all times, but were very personable and friendly in carrying out their duties. Each of them wore a smile throughout all of their shifts, greeted each of our guests, clients and staff, and went above and beyond expectations. Several guests mentioned that their interactions with Willie and Ellery “brightened their day.”
Ellery and Willie were a pleasure to work with and incredibly professional at all times. I hope that we will get a chance to work with them again at our future events. Please share this note with their supervisor, who I hope fully understands what a treasure they have in these two employees.
I’ve dealt with other Restroom Trailer companies and their so called “attendants” for years at this track and they usually try and throw work off on us that they should be doing. Barry really made our lives easier and also helped coordinate a bunch of other stuff I don’t even think Tidy had a stake in, like the Kitchen Trailers for the guys you all had the Restrooms for. I just wanted someone to know they had a guy that really cares about the work and the other folks he is dealing with. We appreciate it and I’m sure everyone else did too.
